At AtoZ we know that the sale of an estate can be stressful for a number of reasons and the financial burden of moving or closing up a lost loved ones estate can be dire. It is for this reason, all estates for which we are given mandate to sell, attract no up front fees. All fees will be deducted from the proceeds at the end of the estate and prior to the resolution and final payout of the estate.
